It happens to everyone. There are times along our journey where we simply do not see movement. We may feel stuck, but we are being held in place, so we can be better prepared for our next step, our next realization.
Here at “Becoming Today” being held in place is all about timing. And keeping our timing in sync. The decisions, choices and options we have related to when things will occur and trusting that the timing is right on schedule.

I more than understand that this is not an easy step. We want what we want when we want it. But a review of my life reveals when I tried to force or delay things did not reach a positive outcome much less my desired outcome.
Already today, my week is certainly “Becoming” other than expected, not what I was anticipating and a far cry from what I had planned.
Still our conversations are going on without interruption, and I am safe and secure in my knowledge that it is all working out. Reminding us again that life is less about what happens to you, and more centered upon how you choose to respond to it.
This is another of life’s lessons pointing to my belief that those of us on this shared adventure of “Becoming”, need to trust the timing.
Time and time again, I can give testimony to things working out at the very moment I needed it the most. More often than not, circumstances have improved, beyond what I had limited myself to expecting, or at times even hoping for.
After a while I could no longer be in denial of it. Despite a battle of impatience, if I continue in faith and trust, at the very least my needs, hopes and dreams are delivered – often exceeded beyond what I had prayed for.
That is why I operate in a different timezone than the map may have me limited to. Gone are my restricted windows of CST, my clocks are set to G.S.T. – God’s Standard Time.

It builds character, develops stamina and promises deliverance. For all and in all things. Everything is possible. The key is to trust. Trust God and trust his timing.
Does that mean everything happens when I want it to, or think it should?
Absolutely,… NOT.
Sure I experience delays, Argue with myself over whether or not I’m being too patient, but time and time again I have come to know that when I do I’m just adding to the length of time it will take to “find” what I was searching for.
And I’m not the only one as we can read one who questioned the concept and cried out:
Why, O LORD, do you stand far off? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?
Psalms 10:1 (NIV)
It is from here we go on to learn that delays are not denials of our requests, hopes or aspirations, because God never reschedules without a purpose; He never gives up on you:
In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.
Proverbs 16:9 (NIV)
We may not fully understand the plans, purpose or promise God, has for us, nonetheless He has appointed a time for all. For all things, for all people. That includes you and I.
Throughout time as we understand it, God has been gifting us with Grace. If we choose to accept it. Therefore say yes and allow our “Becoming” to be. Let us trust our faithful God to deliver upon His promises to each of us.
How amazing it is that Grace can provide for us and with us if we only trusted God all the time and in all things.
Trusting Him does not mean you get what you want in the way you want it, when you want it, which is probably now ( or yesterday). Trust, paired with faith and obedience does quicken your delivered promise to coming soon.
It is never a waste of time to be patient and abide by the Lord. Do all you can an pray, believe and trust for the rest
When the timing is right, in God’s judgement and with his wisdom soon is transformed into now.
Which will prove itself to be the absolute, unequivocable, without a doubt, right, perfect, just in time moment.
Do not let naysayers or well intentioned, but less “Becoming” individuals in your circles dissuade you. Do not deny the Truth, by listening to their fears or lack of understanding. Do not allow their emotional responses to rule your heart, mind and soul.
God’s providing for us, when we need it most has always been as you can read in Genesis 21:1. God did exactly as He said he would, just when He promised he would.

Be obedient.
Be Faithful.
Trust God’s Timing.
Believe.
Then God will fulfill the dreams, desires and promises He put within you.
Access those memories.
Remember them fully.
Release your understanding upon our actions.
Then you are “Becoming” the real, true, authentic you. All you were intended to be.
What then? Keep doing it. What” Being you.
Live it and Gracefully Accept, there is still so much more for you to be “Becoming”…
